If you pay with a clean, crisp $100 or $50 bill, you will likely receive your change entirely in Cambodian Riel.

No. Phnom Kulen is a separate National Park and is not included in the standard Angkor Archaeological Pass. The entry fee is $20 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the checkpoint at the base of the mountain or pre-arranged through your guide for a seamless journey.
